| Hello,
How do you guys usually manage this in ashtanga yoga? do you take a break until you´re healed or do you yoga carefully until healed?
What I thinking about is wether if it´s good for the tension to rest or if it´s good with easy movement for increased bloodflow thrue the affected muscles?

| Just do what you do with reducing muscular tension and straining. You will be surprised how much easier yoga can become! | |
