| My wife and I are looking for a private Yoga instructor anywhere in Canada (we can travel).
We explicitly do NOT want the kind of training offered in commercial studios: lots of emphasis on muscular strength, body shaping, weight loss, cardio, or anything along those lines. We are also not pursing spirituality or union with anything here.
What we would like is an internal, physical, asana-based method. Teachers who began their own training in the 1960s or 70s, for example, sometimes have Yoga like this.
