| Hi,
I've been wondering if there are any kriyas that could help a person with endometriosis.
The sad fact is, after a surgery, I've been forced to take birth control pills to ensure I won't develop the same condition again. I think, it's unnecessary to enlist the side-effects of such treatment. So right now I'm on an eager search for an alternative treatment and would be more than grateful for any recommendations.
I have found references to particular asanas that might be helpful, but since I've really only been practicing Kundalini yoga, I wouldn't even know how to include these into my regular practice.
