| Hi, I've been experiencing a tense feeling below my right ribs, that i suspect is stress induced. The reason I think it is a product of stress is because it only occurs when I am around my parents, and sometimes as soon as I even think about being around them. No other instances produce this sensation, not even other stressful situations.
Tough economic times have forced me to move back in with them, otherwise I would do the obvious and simply limit my time with them.
Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm wondering if anyone has some insight into what is happening with me and how best to approach it.
Thanks,
Tim | |

| What you are describing sounds like stress. A good yoga practice and breathing exercises can help you reduce that stress. | |
