Since its my first post, I will introduce myself a bit. I'm 32, male, practicing yoga for 3 years now, Ashtanga for almost a year. I don't have super energy levels so I take practice slowly, started from 2 times a week, then 3-4. Recently I'm doing 4 yoga classes (3 led, 1.5h on eve and one mysore on Sunday morning) and gym (2 times a week). I started to think about trying to do mysore classes during the week. I heard about people suddenly and successfully shifting to this every-morning system. What experience/advice do you have in this regard? Slowly add morning classes or make experiment for week or two and see what happens? Will be grateful for comments/suggestions.
