| Greetings All 
I am an avid yogi and I generally walk or bike to work. During my home yoga practice yesterday i noticed the onset of left hip joint discomfort. I stretched afterwards and again before bed. I took ibuprofen and applied arnica gel. I did Pilates and gentle yoga this morning and the pain was still present, mostly when I put weight on my left leg at a particular angle. I applied arnica again but the pain is worrying me. What could have happened? Please help. | |
