| Glad to find this thread. I've been practicing ashtanga for over 10 years. I've tried all sorts but always come back to it. I miss it now though after spraining my SI joint last week in an eased pashimotanasana. I heard and felt a pop. My chiropractor is helping as is the SI belt. I'm going to be a good girl and wait 6 weeks before resuming asana practice. In the meantime, practicing some pranayama, balances to strengthen low back and some core work. Does anyone have other suggestions so I don't lose my flexibility and strength. I miss my kula.
