Hi There,

About a year ago I took some Bikram classes, and they were amazing. I've been really broke lately, and I can't afford them, but I wanted to start working on a practice at home. I have a room I heat up and turn a humidifier on low. I am starting off slow, I haven't made it through the whole 26 poses yet... but I remember that they were done in "sets"... where are the repeats? Do you just do every single pose twice, or do you do the first 4 then repeat, etc....?

Thanks for reading and replying!
