| I would like to share the benefits of taking a cup of coffee before workout, because I would love to drink coffee, and also suggest the coffee to everyone before workout. Here are benefits which I discover leanbeginning
1. Improved circulation
2. Less pain
3. Better memory
4. Muscle preservation
5. More muscle fuel
Do one think, to check out these benefits take a cup of coffee before exercises or even before YOGA also.
I do YOGA in morning, and exercises in weekdays. I tried a cup of coffee before exercises, and I love the effect of it.

| I like sipping a cup of joe before my routine as well! Although green tea is usually recommended, because it gives you a moer focused clarity, I feel like I benefit more from coffee. I try not to overdo it, but it works for me!
