| I had usually woken up to neck aches, back aches, and whole body mustle tightness in the morning. And I'm only 11! I thought it was that I slept wrong so all night I would adjust my pillow trying to find a comfortable position. Noticing that my mother and sister woke up this way, too, I kinda figured out it wasn't my sleeping position. My mother had been meaning to start yoga, but never got around to it. One night we went out and bought a Kids Yoga video for my 10 year old sister and me and a Back Care Yoga video for my mom. Once we got home, we popped in the videos and did the workout. After, everyone felt great! I didn't ache and my mom and sister didn't either. The results are amazing. I truly am a big fan!
