| I have been practicing Bikram Yoga for a year, and I have found it to be the most effective excercise that I have ever done.
My body is happy, and my skin looks great.
I have had a lot of injuries, found it very hard before to follow some of the other yogas, I prefer the Bikram Yoga teachers because they watch, correct and instruct you., which I have found to be so beneficial, and really there is so much more. | |
