| I am a beginner and am just starting the Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss video. How many times per week should I practice to receive optimum benefits? Thanks for any help! | |

| Dear Laura,
Like anything, the more you do the more benefit you will receive. For optimum benefits of yoga I would recommend practicing at least 3 days per week to start and if possible increasing to 5-6 days.
