I came to yoga after a serious car accident. I had numerous broken bones and chronic pain. I am interested in finding other yoga practitioners who use yoga to manage their pain and to heal their bodies and minds after trauma such as this.

Iam involved with Kundalini yoga and have experienced pain from a motor vehicle accident as well. It has helped in so many ways physically, mentally and emotionally. I would certainly stick with a yoga class and meditation. Have you considered CranioSacral Therapy? Or another form of bodywork that deals not only with the physical component but also the other layers and the trauma of the accident.
It is possible to feel good again.
