| I am thinking of starting yoga.
I don't really know anything about it at all.
I know that it has to do with stretching and breathing,
but that is about the extent of my knowledge.
What should I do first, if I really would like to learn more and get started? |

Location: Montana, US | I advice you to gather all required information about yoga at first. Then know each and every form of yoga and start practicing with the basic and easy forms of yoga like Hatha yoga. While practicing yoga take a help of a yoga teacher who will keep a supervision on you and help you learn yoga in short span of time. |
