Hello. I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me out. I have a problem stretching my hamstrings you see. If I do the usual sit-on-the-ground and pull-self-towards-foot method, I dont get that nice pull, stretch, feeling. Instead it feels more like Im pulling a ligament or something, with no progress either. Kinda hurts, not alot, but it doesn't feel right. Not like all other stretches. Is there specific form for this stretch?? Also, I have always had a hard time progressing my leg flexibility. Does this go for everyone?? Is there any extra effective ham stretch?? Sorry for all the questions, but Ive been trying to find the answers for a while. **** hamstrings oh:. Thanks | |

| To intense the stretch in my Hamstrings I use a step and kind of rotate my ankle lift my body weight and thats seems to help mine, as far as growth, I had to use the gym and do heavy squats and calf raises with 80lb weights. Good Luck this advice may be help full.
