| I would like to encourage teachers to give back to the community this holiday season. I am currently teaching 4 yoga sessions open to the public and free of charge. I have asked instead for anyone attending to make donations or bring items for the local Women's Shelter. (a shelter for women and children of physical and mental abuse). I teach my second session this week and the response and energy have been great. I hope all of us can take the time to bring our love of yoga to those who may not have otherwise been given the chance to experience a Yoga class.
