| okay im finishing week 3 still lost no weight BUT can tell that my body it toning ALOT so i guess that its goo for that. and i also find my self sitting in the postures at home watching tv or playing on the computer . i just feel like i can breath better when im in them . | |

| Babyblue, you have possibly lost some weight - in fat! But gained some weight in muscles. And muscles are heavier than fat so don't you worry. Also 3 weeks are not a terribly long time so you can expect some more serious fat lose in the future.
