Subject: Foot cramping during Pilates

I am middle aged (39) ave noticed over the past few years that I constantly get foot cramps during stretching exercises. I am a very healthy and inshape woman. However, I have had a full hysterectomy about 5yrs ago. I have been on an exercise program for over 11 years. I take multi vitamins as well as extra potassium and magnesium. Nothing seems to help except stopping. Any other advice?

The advice depends on knowing other things which you have not mentioned. If you are not taking a lot of rest, take it. If you are a hyper person, relax. And, you might be taking the wrong supliments. If you wish to take supliments, take the natural and tasty food which have them rther than suppliments. For example, for Vit A, eat raw organic carrots rather than a tablets. This change has to be done for 6 months each day, to see the effect.
