| You should seriously consider fasting for a prolonged time at a FAsting Retreat of high standard. This will help rest and healing of the parts involved. Then you should take a Meditation Instruction, in order to mentally counteract this problem. AFter these two, some Asanas shall help you, and these will be the Inversions adjusted to your capacity.
