| Hi all
Hatha Yoga contains a few well known techniques. One of them is Nadi Sodhana, and it cleans the nadis. However, I found that the rule "feel the prana in your back (Sushumna)" is a bit too subtle to start with.
In a few books I found other ways to work with parts of prana, but this knowledge can not be found in the old hatha yoga books. Logic says that it`s better to work with parts of prana first (Prana vidya) but logic isn`t very useful when it comes to yoga, LOL.
I wonder if you practice any subtle energy meditations or if all you do is the ordinary way (asanas, pranayamas,dhautis).
What do you do to connect your consciousness with prana?
