Subject: Consistency Question


I recently started doing Winsor pilates and I've been doing the 20 minute workout along with the powersculpt every day. Recently I started on the advanced workout and I've been doing that daily. My questions concerns the consistency. Am I slowing myself down by not taking breaks? I remember reading somewhere that such exercise which utilises muscle should be done with breaks since muscle is actually built during rest.

I believe you can do matwork everyday save one day week.The flexband workout definately requires a (at least) every other day or just twice a week.Having said that, a friend of mine has gotten incredible results(flexibility,muscle tone,weightloss and a very "strange" mental attitude)
She performs the stott advanced workout 4 days week since december 2003 though.
