| Doug just just released his first in a series intro to Pranayama CD. This fellow teachers meditation, pranyama, history and philosophy in such easy-to-understand, pragmatic ways that it's a pleasure to listen to him. I've not heard this new CD yet, but one of the studios where I teach just received it.
I can recommend it hearing unheard (aka sight unseen?) given the fact Doug Keller has produced it. Look for it if you'd care to deepen your practice a bit!
