Subject: Looking for cleansing instructors


Hi,

I'm looking for someone to teach me NETI Sutra (that's when you get a string to go through your nose) and VASTRA DHAUTI (CLOTH) (that's when you eat 3 meters of wet cloth and cleanse your system that way).

Am I looking at the wrong forum?
