I put together a piece about practicing yoga in the big city. Thought some of you might want to check it out, it features an interview with an instructor. It's part of a series I'm working on...future installments will cover the commercialization of yoga and alternative medicine in urban areas. That's what's cool about working where I do...I get to choose what I cover. I love yoga, it's helped in so many ways (many that I probably don't even realize) and I wanted to explore these areas a little more. Please let me know what you think...
