Is anyone familiar with Gerard Arnaud? He is doing a workshop in NYC next month and it sounds kind of interesting. Just wondering if anyone can offer any feedback.

jackiecat - I looked him up on the web and he seems like one of those very intense and extremely highly trained yogis who know a lot about yoga. There are some amazing asana photos on his site as well. Every one of the teachers at his studio is really, really skinny!
