| Hello everyone!
I have been reading these boards for a couple of months to get tips and stuff - (I just started Bikram 3 months ago) and I finally got around to registering. I look forward to getting to know you all. I am amazed and encouraged by the wealth of knowledge and support there seems to be here. Hopefully you will have room for me! ![](http://yogisource.com:81/forums/images/emoticons/veryhappy.gif) |

| Welcome Hayley--glad to have you aboard--how could there not be room for you--you're tiny right? Have you checked out Bikram's website recently? The recent asana championships have pictures of some very accomplished Bikramites--can give you some inspiration! In fact, here's a nice shot of the floor bow: ![http://www.yogaexpo.com/program/arles_gallery/images/DSC01717.JPG](http://www.yogaexpo.com/program/arles_gallery/images/DSC01717.JPG)

| Thanks Bruce!
I was such a picture junkie when those came online. Simply beautiful. I am a retired dancer so I have a special place in my heart for the "graceful looking" postures like floor bow!
I am curious about some of the more unique postures that you don't see in class...is there info about these variations somewhere? Or did they learn them through their instructors? |

| The latter--part of Bikram's advanced series that teachers and advanced students work through. By the way, I think I speak for many stoved-up middle-aged guys when I say you former dancers really tick us off being graceful and all when taking up yoga ![](http://yogisource.com:81/forums/images/emoticons/smile.gif) |
