| Hi!
I just wanted to share with all of you a side effect of stretching in the heat.
I had a cyst in the middle of my chest. My doctor wanted to operate. However, I thought that practicing backbends more often could help and stretch the area that was holding the sebacious fluid.
And it did. After 1 week of backbends twice a day, the cyst is gone.
But here is the best part...the doctor is not convinced. He thinks it might be soemthing else...
Namaste,
Namrata

Oh yea, and what does the Doc think that something else is??? I can't wait to hear that one!!
Anyway, congratulations on your progress and NOT having to go under the knife. Me, I prefer needles and the backbends
