| I am interested in certifying as a Bikrahm Yoga instructor. I live in Utah, and I'm looking for a certification that might be close to Utah and a short amount of time. I've read through some of the posts about certifications already, and I find myself a bit confused about certifying at all. Some say that its experience that counts, others say that certifying through Yoga alliance is the only way to go. It seems in the world, nobody would even look at a younger person to teach without a certification. Please, more posts on this, and any information about Bikrahm Yoga would be great! Thanks. | |

| I think if you want to be Bikram certified you have to go to Bikram's training and that is not cheap. I hope some Bikram types will give you more info. Good luck! | |

| Hey there! All Bikram certification is done at his headquarters in California. If you go to his website www.bikramyoga.com you can find all the info that you need....(dates, cost, housing options, etc.) Also, If you go to the Bikram yoga section of this board, some of the teachers that post here would probably give you advice or an opinion if that is what you are seeking. | |
