| Hi all
I have to say that my English is a bit shaky, but I`d love to follow the discussions here anyway...
There are lots of postures like ardha- matsyendrasana that I don`t find that hard to hold but for some reason one of my hands goes asleep and t h i s is much harder than doing the rest of the pose...anyone have any idea about this?

| My hands don't fall asleep but sometimes a foot does. I do power and vinyasa flow yoga. Would also like to hear facts & theories on why this would be??
It doesn't bother me much because with the continuously flowing practice, I soon move to another asana and the foot wakes up. It never has time to get "deep" asleep. But it is strange to me that it goes to sleep at all. ??

| Ardha- matsyendrasana: the hand that I place behind the back, eg. the left hand when I turn to the left and vice versa...
