Hi,

I recently discovered this form of callenetics and have seen incredible scultping results...wondering if anyone else has tried them and what their impressions were. There isn't a studio close enough to attend regularly but the DVD's are well made. (www.barmethod.com)

Thanks!

I have not tried yet, but have seen them advertised in some catalogs I get. Sounds great, and I'm glad you brought it up! I'm always looking for some new ways to perk up my routine. I've put both on my wishlist!

I have the Lotte Berk DVDs and I really took to them pretty quickly. Great for former dancers to stay aligned. I haven't been using them much in the last year though...too caught up in my other activities. I am so glad you brought it up though...maybe I will get those back out this evening!!!!

I got the Lotte Berk box set off Ebay, but haven't gotten through much of it yet - seems great so far though! I got a ton of other DVD's at the same time (everything from Seane Corn to Billy Blanks) so I've got quite a lot of home workouts to do now!
