IDEA mind-body membership?

I'm a big fan of joining these associations, I love getting all their newsletters and dreaming of attending their workshops and trainings. I'm not sure if they just added this mind-body type of membership, it kind of looks that way but it sounds interesting! Expert Yogi Posts: 1738 Location: right where I'm supposed to be Jeans, earlier in my fitness career I was certified by IDEA. They are very strict with their certifications. Definitely not like a one day cert. At least that's what I remember. They were a lot harder then AFAA and AfAA has some tough testing. They probably are jumping on the Mind/body thing because they can't be left behind. Give it a try and let us know how it is. Mishy
