| Inspired Yoga is pleased to be hosting Saul David Raye. Saul teaches weekly community Yoga classes, leads Yoga and Thai masage trainings and retreats internationally. He was the co-founder of Sacred Movement Center in L.A. and is currently he is a co-founder of Shanti House a non-profit foundation for Yoga, Ayurveda and Seva.
Thai Yoga Massage Partner Class: Friday 3/24, 7:00-9:30 p.m. - a fun and relaxing guided journey through giving and receiving, a healing and relaxing Thai Yoga massage session, to release tension, increase vitality and lift your spirit. $30
Thai Yoga Massage Workshop: Saturday 3/25, 2:00-5:30 p.m. - devoted to learning a simplified form of a full body Thai Yoga Massage. No prior massage or Yoga experience is necessary. We will work comfortably clothed on mats on the floor. $65
