| While under this topic, if any of you haven't done this already, I reccommend the moon bath. Very relaxing. Plus, great for meditation. I've found it helps me rest better, especially when preceded or followed by a hot cup of tea. Anyways, here's how I do it:
Open up the window (hence the title moon bath)
Light a few candles and flip off main lights.
Play some soft music
Its a bonus to use rose petals, fine oils and such
Bubble bath will do though
Or if you dont have any of the above ingredients, simply open the window, turn off the lights, and soak in the hot tub for a few minutes.
Follow with a glass of water (you'll sweat and need rehyrdated)
Then maybe some warm tea or milk. Works wonders and sorry of itsb een posted already. Looked but saw nothing like it | |

| We have a hot tub on our deck. It is really nice to be out there when there is a full moon and it doesn't matter if it is cold outside - actually nicer if there is some frost or snow | |

| I bet that's nice. Actually it sounds better than the bath, because with the hot tub you're literally outside.
