| ok I am going to do yoga once a day and cardi once a day, I want to incorporate pilates in with it, should I combine it with yoga, or do some after cardio, or alternate between cardio and pilates, or yoga and pilates...I hope you understand what I am saying... I also have 2 denise austin tapes...pilates floor exercises and standing exercises...if I combine some of them is that cool...I cannot afford to take classes, so I have to do this on my own....please help

| I would say 'try it all'. I relate to not being able to afford lessons or classes and I have been self taught the whole way. By trying it all your body will let you know what it thrives on best and you may want a constant change forever. Just a big HURAY that you are willing to exercise. Keep it up! How is your diet? | finding an exercise that you can perform daily and keep interested in it is awesome
the food you put in your body is of paramount importance, so make it really good for you food and clean water.

| I am taking yoga classes, I belive the next session starts this week. I also have some work out dvds. It has been hard to try to stay inshape. My grampa died in may, so I haven't realy been working out at home lately. | |
