| i am in no way over weight but yet i am out of shape. i would like to use pilates to help tone my body and and lose an inch off the waist (focusing mostly on the abs). how often during the week should i do pilates and for how long per day to acheive my goal? | |

| I am by no means a fitness expert. I however sounded just like you and a friend gave me windsor pilates 20 minute workout, I started doing it about 3-5 times a week in about two months went from a size 7 to a size five but really didnt lose any weight. I felt great and I stuck to it because it was only 20 minutes a day! | |
