hello!

i was wondering if anyone on the teacher forum had any ideas for a gift for my mysore teacher. he is great and he's going to india for some time this winter. i'd like to get him something, but don't have any ideas. i have no ideas about his "outside the studio" life. i was thinkng about a gift cert for a great sout indian restaurant in town, but was wondering if there were something a yoga teacher might like that i'm not aware of. he's going to be in mysore for awhile so maybe something to help out there? but again, i have no ideas... any suggestions would be super welcome!

thanks!

Hi Shanti,

Thats a difficult question to answer without knowing your teacher. It sounds like your idea is a good one.

A book for the long plane ride and days in Mysore may be a good idea as well (yoga practise in Mysore is over by 8.00am).

I've just read 'Holy Cow' by Sarah MacDonald. It's very funny and I really enjoyed it.

Perhaps you've already given your teacher a gift.
