| I've read his levitation manual, which is available in English for $5. I have a link to him on my website. I've also communicated with his English speaking staff. The manual is practical. His assistants are kind. I have not studied his specific approach to Kundalini, but his state of meditation is instant, which I understand. Regardless of your level of meditational progress I recommend the levitation manual. Naruse's perception is a good mind guide to the achievement. | |
