| What is the best way to learn the diffrent postures at home? By committing them to memory or practice? Thanks and blessings!

| Of course if you practice incorrectly you will still commit to memory:-) Then someone will not only have to teach you but unteach you as well. |

| If you work alone,break the movement down in to components. You will need a good reference book. Can you play a DVD. Practice practice practise. It is best to do a short course first with
a qualified teacher so as to ensure you are moving and braething correctly. Movements should be fluid and in your personal range of flexibility |
