| I took my first pilates class last night and loved it. Of course, I read online (here and various other places) that private training is recommended for the new student. I was just wondering what one might expect to pay. A studio nearby charges $75 for a private lesson. Is this an average price?
One more thing, I read on wikipedia (don't know how accurate the source is, but anyhow...) that doing pilates wrong or too often can result in flat stomach and wide waist... which freaked me out. Any thoughts on that?
