What are some good yogic exercises to leave Pashyanti and reach Madhyama? It's causing my thoughts to be broadcast everywhere and I want to fix it as soon as possible.

How did you get into pashyanti? Why you want to come down?

Just to understand your question correctly:

These are 4 stages of Nada:
1. Para
2. Pashyanti
3. Madhyama
4. Vaikhari

Para is most subtle whereas Vaikhari is the grossest. You are saying that you are at stage 2 and you want to shift to stage 3? What you mean be thought broadcasting? Is it that your random thoughts are getting scattred or the thoughts about your mantra are getting scattered? It seems you are practicing nada yoga. Which methods of Nada yoga you are using?

Sorry for this long list of questions :-) but I am just trying to understand your question properly before saying anything about it.
