| Hi everyone!
I haven't posted in a while, but I wanted to give an update. I'm the one who was upset because I was told my class was too fast. Well I auditioned a few days ago with a yoga studio and I was told that I appear like a new teacher because my style of teaching is so slow!!!!
I've come to the conclusion that what is considered too fast or too slow is such a matter of opinion that I should just disregard it. I almost couldn't believe that somebody was criticizing my yoga demo for being slow when I've been worried about it being fast, lol!! Apparently people like to constantly rate the instructors based on their arbitrary ideas of what's 'right' and what's 'wrong'. After my recent audition the instructor told me that he's very fit and was about to go for a run. Sounds like a humble man doesn't he?

| Hey.. welcome back.
Too fast, too slow..
What's a yoga demo? Can you explain what you had to do? | |

| F&^$ 'em Jessica. If I learned nothing else from practicing and teaching yoga, it's be yourself. Come on over, have a beer and we can discuss it for hours--the pros and cons--but I know that's the bottom line. | |

| Cheers-I could not have said it better myself, Bruce. | |
