| Can anyone recommend a good DVD or CD, etc, even VHS with a solid advanced beginner - intermediate Iyengar practice on it (other than those by John Schumacher or Barbara Benagh or the historical 90s tapes from the conference - since I have these already)? Hopefully with a good set of standing poses at the beginning? And also hopefully without any flaws in production since as having to rewind in order to do the second side? Thanks in advance. Your reviews & comments on what you like are welcome. |

| This could work for you, although I haven't tried it myself. I knew the teacher awhile ago from Iyengar workshops I attended. She had a very solid practice. I may buy her Intermed. one.
