I have a martial arts studio in Sacramento, CA that is empty in the mornings and middays. We are currently looking for anyone who may be interested in sub leasing the space to have their own classes during that time.

- 1,100 square feet of mat/work area
- Back room and Pro Shop
- Full bathroom
- Conveniently located near other freeway and other business

That looks like a fantastic opportunity. I wish I was in your area. If I come there, I would be interested in giving a workshop. EMail me the cost etc.
