I think Alpine air freshner/purifier will be the best option for you which remains
extremely quiet while operating.

Hello Shona,

I believe the two devices actually do different things. A purifier tends to "clean" or scrub the air in the space while a humidifier tends to vaporize water into steam and push it into the air.

Are you looking for a device that does both and may I ask why you'd be seeking a humidifier for a yoga space?

Cool mist humidifier. These are small, portable units that you can move from room to room. The benefit of this type of unit is that you can just increase the moisture content in the rooms you will use the most.
