i have been teaching yoga here to some members of russian parliament and some other big guys.

it is coincidental and interesting that a Russian Girl with name Olga came to my house from a long distance for a Yoga Instruction.

Are you agree with this "Good Books can be a Good Teacher".

In this world, Many people are living a busy life they have not time for Exercise, Running, Meditation etc. or learning from Experts.

Then Books can be a good option or not ?
