| Alison and Oskar invite you to Vinyasa Flow and beyond at Insabina 17th May for one week.
There will be early morning meditation and pranayama session with Oskar before breakfast.
Alison will be teaching 2 yoga classes per day ,vinyasa flow in the morning and various asana workshops in the afternoon.
The food is great and the rooms are lovely!
