Kundalini yoga in Scotland?

I'm a young 22 years old French woman I'm not bilingual, so please, excuse my mistakes I'm in france now, but I'm going to live in Scotland this summer. I want to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher But there is a some question that I ask to myself. First, do I have to practice for one year before start a formation? I went on the French Federation of Kundalini Yoga site, but it's not explicate... and maybe it's different in U.K? I wanted to know too if there is some "center" of formation in Scotland, because I saw formations was locate in UK (London etc) but not in Scotland Maybe you can answer me this question ^^ Thank you very much and have a beautiful day!
