| Shoulders usually heal quickly, (less than two weeks) but you have to keep moving them.
Arm circles 10 times a day. Let your arm hang and make circles

| There should be NO particular set of poses be done for this. For this, one does NOT have to do Yoga Poses, one may either do Physio Therapy from a good center, OR take ONLY private Yoga Instruction from a really experienced teacher.
If experienced teacher is NOT available, then Physiotherapy should be done.
