Oh God,

Don't let Nick see you jumping into a handstand. According to him you shouldn't be doing this. Even though I think it is wonderful.

Very impressive, although I wonder what it would look like if there were a balance beam, a vault, some rings, and maybe and pummel horse in the back ground. Not that I don't think there takes incredible strength, discipline, and dedication to be able to accomplish these kinds of vinyasas, I just find it too much like gymnastics...
