What is the difference between Bharadvajasana and Supta Urdhva Pada Vajrasana? I know the second one follows a ridiculously difficult vinyasa, but is the final posture the same?

Thanks as always

The postures in the end are the same but the difference between the two is the transition.
Supta (sleeping), Urdhva (raised) and Pada (foot) refer to the first part of the movement when your inverted and holding the foot in the position, for one breath, before you roll over into the seated part of the Vajrasana (thunderbolt).
Bharad refers to a warrior in the Mahabhrata.
Hope this helps

I've been taught that the knee is closer to other knee in Supta Urdhva Pada Vajrasana (2nd one)
